In line with government regulations, and with reference to guidance within the hospitality trade, we have been preparing the hotel ready to receive guests.
Please come directly to the reception desk just inside the front door where one of the reception team will greet you and provide you with an envelope containing your sanitized key and an information pack to help with your stay. We still require a signature and vehicle registration number. Our pens are sanitized between use but you may prefer to use your own. Please keep your key with you for the duration of your stay.
There will be some changes to the appearance of our bedrooms as we have removed items which cannot be easily sanitized between guests, such as cushions, blankets and the guest information folder.
Our dedicated housekeeping team have thoroughly cleaned, aired and prepared all rooms ready to receive guests. If you are staying for longer than one night, you will be asked at check-in if you wish to have your room serviced or if you prefer simply to have fresh items delivered to your room.
We will contact you by phone or email prior to arrival to make sure that we have done everything we can to prepare for your stay. If you know your arrival time, please let us have that information as soon as possible.
We do require table reservations as this helps us organize the bar and restaurant to ensure best social distancing practice. If you can make any table reservations prior to arrival, that would be most helpful. We will be offering our full restaurant menu, daily specials and full bar menu. Food is available from 12 noon to 9.00 pm daily. We need to know about any dietary requirements or allergies prior to your arrival so that the information can be given to our Head Chef.
We are happy to help take your luggage to your room. Handles will be wiped with sanitizing wipes, before and after.
Room service is available at no extra charge. Drinks can also be delivered to your room.
We are no longer able to provide our usual breakfast buffet. Instead, you will be given a breakfast pre-order form to complete and leave at reception by 7.00 pm the night before. Packed lunches can pre-ordered.
Latest check-out is at 11.00 am and final payment will be taken from the bank card given at reservation. We will confirm this with you at check-in. We prefer not to take cash at this moment. On departure, please leave your key in the box provided. We can email a copy of your invoice to you.
As we move through this new ‘normal’, we would be most grateful for your feedback on your stay.
We are happy for you to leave your car on the car park should you wish to go for one final walk before heading off home.
