Deposits
For individual bookings:
Card details are required on booking to secure the reservation, a deposit of the first night of the stay will be taken 3 days prior to arrival, with the remaining balance to be paid on check out.
For group bookings of 4 or more rooms:
Card details are required on booking to secure the reservation, a deposit of the first night of the stay will be taken 7 days prior to arrival, with the remaining balance to be paid on check out.
Cancellations
For individual bookings:
The cancellation policy is: free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival, after this time the guest will lose their deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with in 24 hours of arrival – the guest will be charged the full amount of the stay.
For group bookings of 4 or more rooms:
The cancellation policy is: free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, after this time the guest will lose their deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with in 24 hours of arrival – the guest will be charged the full amount of the stay.
